Most parents I meet agree on what matters for their kids. My job is to get that on paper before the details pull them apart.

Kwesi was a hospital social worker before law school, and he still thinks like one: who's affected, who hasn't been asked, what happens next week. He mediates parenting plans, changes to older plans and family care decisions.

He mediates in English and Spanish, and can run a session with each language spoken on the call.
